Director
Jag Panesar
Jag set up Xpand in 2007 with a goal to use his experience in marketing strategy to help organisations build their brand. Since then, he has delivered projects for clients across the UK including master chocolatiers Lindt & Sprungli and HM Prison Service.
Jag's core role is to ensure all projects are delivered to exceed client expectations and produce a return on their investment. He also delivers marketing masterclasses at various events to help improve people's understanding of marketing.

Head of Operations
Simon Patchett
Simon is our Head of Operations and search marketing expert. He has previously carried out online marketing for well known brands such as Ladbrokes & First4Lawyers.
His role at Xpand involves ensuring we're always operating at maximum efficiency to deliver the best possible client results as well as responsibility for search engine optimisation, pay per click advertising and overseeing creation of marketing strategies.

Danni Johnson
Danni is our social media whizz. She has previously worked as a Marketing Manager for a large education recruitment specialist, where she completed her Digital Marketing CIM diploma.
Danni looks after the team that deal with all things content-related, including managing social media accounts, email marketing and strategy.

Ian Jones
Ian is our web developer. He is passionate about creating enjoyable and seamless user experiences as well as building websites that drive results.
A key area he also focuses on is the integration of websites with additional business systems such as CRMs and email software to ensure an efficient and smooth marketing process.

Simon Glenn
With 25 years experience in brand and graphic design, Simon loves to work with clients to help them understand who they really are, what they really do and how to make their brand(s) speak to their perfect audiences. Simon's work speaks for itself.

Our chosen charity since 2023. Challenges such as a fire walk and Tough Mudder have been undertaken to raise over £5,000 for the mental health support organisation.

Pro bono social media support and marketing consultation for a new start business set up by a Ukranian refugee.
Northern Max3 Growth Programme
Mentoring new start businesses in the Leeds/ Bradford area through the Accelerator Programme in partnership with Bradford Council and Ad:Venture.
Los Pollos Lockdown
A pro bono branding project for a social enterprise initiative to delivery Spanish rotisserie chicken to NHS staff during the Covid-19 pandemic
JCI Easter Egg Appeal
Annual involvement to collect Easter Eggs for disadvantaged children throughout Yorkshire, collecting over 1300 eggs to date.
JCI Secret Santa Appeal
Annual involvement to collect Christmas presents for disadvantaged children throughout Yorkshire. We have collected over 330 gifts for disadvantaged children since 2015.
