Every year we commit to a number of activities, including a chosen charity of the year. But it doesn't end there. If we see an opportunity to help out and we know we can, we will. We don't just raise funds for charities, we also get involved in pro-bono work for communities and charities. The Xpand team have an amazing skill set, so why not put it to use to support people that need it?

The JCI Bradford Easter Egg Appeal – 2015 – 2024
Every year, since 2015, we’ve thrown ourselves, head first, into supporting the JCI Bradford Easter Egg Appeal where chocolatey treats are distributed to disadvantaged children in the Bradford area.
We drum up awareness for the cause by collecting donations from friends, clients, suppliers and supporters alike. Since the appeal started, they have collected 4000+ eggs every year and we’re always delighted to be a part of this.

The JCI Bradford Secret Santa Appeal – 2015 – 2024
Every child should receive a gift at Christmas, but sadly, that isn’t always the case. The JCI Bradford Secret Santa Appeal is all about collecting gifts for disadvantaged children in the Bradford area.
We’ve taken part in the appeal since 2015, and every year our pledge for the number of gifts gets bigger and bigger!

Mind In Bradford – our chosen charity for 2022-2025
We have been supporting Mind in Bradford from November 2022 to December 2025. In that time, we’ve raised funds in a variety of ways, including:
- A daring fire walk
- Yummy bake sales
- A very tough Tough Mudder
- An even tougher Tough Mudder
- Accepted the challenge of Total Warrior
- A dizzying abseil and zipline
- A combined 600-mile team challenge in September
- Donations via our 80×20 Bradford networking events
