XTool already had a strong brand presence in the USA and China but wanted to crack the European market and we were the agency of choice to do this. Our in depth knowledge of the automotive industry made us the obvious choice for this global player.
The company wanted to stay true to its parent company but at the same time wanted a brand refresh to help it stand out.
We created an updated variation of the global brand identity with a slant towards the European target audience.
In addition to that we gave the logo a more dynamic and technical look and feel to appeal more to the predominantly male target audience.
After the brand redesign, we carried this through a responsive mobile friendly ecommerce website, stationery, advert design and copy, brochures, online shops and exhibition stands.
Upon launching the brand, we assisted with PR in all trade magazines to get the brand standing out from the rest.
On going email marketing helped reinforce the brand through special offers.
We achieved some fantastic results for XTool through email marketing, the best one being a 100:1 return on investment – so for every £1 they spent on the campaign, we got them £100 in sales!
